The Triviosity experience

Triviosity brings themed trivia into the crossword grid. Our website provides puzzles and related reading for entertainment, with an optional newsletter. The available content and features can change. A particular puzzle, feature or publishing schedule is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Who may use the service

You must be able to enter into an agreement under the laws that apply to you, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where permitted. The service is not directed to children under 13. Submit your own email address when subscribing; do not sign someone else up without valid authorization.

Using puzzles and site content

You may use the available puzzles for personal entertainment. Website access does not transfer ownership of puzzle content, writing, artwork, software or branding. Rights remain with their respective owners. Share a link when you want someone else to try a puzzle.

Unless a specific license or applicable law allows it, do not republish, sell, commercially distribute or bulk extract protected content. Ask us before licensing content or incorporating it into another product. These terms do not restrict lawful exceptions, assistive technology or legitimate search-engine indexing. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Respect the site and other people

Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, disrupt gameplay, impersonate another person or misuse signup and reporting tools. Do not create artificial advertising clicks or impressions. You are never required to click an ad to support Triviosity. We may limit access when needed to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.

Clues, answers and corrections

Trivia can have nuances, and mistakes can happen. Content may be corrected, replaced or removed. Some Triviosity material is developed with AI assistance; that does not guarantee accuracy or replace factual review. Tell us when an answer or explanation appears wrong, with the puzzle title, clue number and a useful source if available.

Newsletter choices

Signing up requests the emails described in the signup form. You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a message. Any additional preference options apply only when displayed and supported. Joining the newsletter does not grant permission for unrelated senders to market to you.

Third-party tools, links and advertising

The puzzle player and other features may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices can apply to your interactions with their services. Links and advertisements are not guarantees about an outside business, product or claim. Paid placements should be identified as advertising or sponsorship.

Feedback and copyright concerns

You may send feedback and corrections so we can investigate and improve the service. Sending a private message does not automatically authorize us to publish your name or reproduce your submission publicly.

For a copyright concern, provide the exact page, identify the work and explain your relationship to the rights holder. We may request additional information to investigate. Please do not send material you lack permission to disclose.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that access will be uninterrupted or that every clue and feature will be free of errors. Browser or device changes, cleared storage and third-party interruptions can affect your experience; do not rely on the site as the only record of information you want to keep.

To the extent allowed by law, El Dorado Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights or excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
